Grind it into a powder and swallow it in a liquid with a strong taste, like orange juice.

Otherwise, put it in your mouth then wash it down with a large drink of water.

Pills are no big deal.

I swallow them without water by simply placing it on the back of my tongue.
I drink water afterwards.
