Has anyone had problems with this really slowing down there system? When it reports something has been blocked it takes the box ages to appear.

What version of windows are you running and what version are you running?

this machine im on now has 190MB ram, runs fine
sygate is quite a light weighter

Im on Windows Xp and service pack 1. The problem is that dr watson. It was running fine and then it asked about dr watson trying to connect to something so i just allowed it and now it runs everything time when sygate runs and my cpu usage goes up to 100%.
