Msn Messenger Voice Chat Prob

Hi all, when i try to start a voice chat on msn messenger its wont let me. My friend can chat to his pals on his but when we try...we cant. He has the same messenger as me and the same pc spec...any ideas?

sometimes i might be down microsoft's end.

It could be something to do with your ISP, I'm not really sure. Its usually microsofts problems which affect me, but since your friend can use it I dont think thats the problem for you.

firewalls really conflict... msn messenger is annoying sometimes
