AC milan won. Don't think they will play the last 10 min. over.

I heard that they didnt search visitors for fireworks etc.. so I think it's the clubs fault that they threw fireworks on the field because Inter needs 2 make sure the players and visiters can play/watch the game safely

I think the punishment will be x games without visitors and a big fine or that they get banned from the CL for 2005/2006

They`ll proberbly play the last eighteen minutes behind closed doors.I suppose the firework was`nt as bad as the moped someone once through down the stand from the second tier of the san siro stadium once.

A ban should be in order.

I believe UEFA get to decide the result of the match in a case of it being called off. I (kind of) know this is the case if a team gets 5 players sent off because then the game is automatically called off.

Erm...actually I don't know, I'm just going from hazy memory. I'm probably right though. ;)

i think the match being handed to ac is enough punishment for inter. since inter and ac share the same stadium i bet they share security so punishment for lazy security would be silly.

what should be done is find out who threw the flares and hand them all lifetime bans from any football ground in the world.

or ban the flares like they are in the UK

Although it has been a bad week for Italian football with their weekend fixtures marred by crowd trouble too. Don't think its going to stop until tonight is over either, sorry Liverpool :(

I saw photos in the paper of the Lazio match at the weekend where the fans had draped their nazi flags all over the stands and were then standing there doing the heil hitler salute. I know football is different over there with the fans virtually running the clubs but surely there is no place in football for that? Especially so blatantly

I think they are on probation for the next 3 years as well. its also only 4 games if the fans can behave themselves for the probationary period.
