Rossco -> New MOD

Rossco is from now on a moderator of FST :cool:

He will be helping us with creating a new frontpage (currently trying the portal).
He knows more about css and php then maybe all other teammembers together :P
So we are very happy that Ross wants to help us.

k i removed :glare: since it was a double of :dry:
removed the second :angry2: smilie so :angry: will work properly.
Change :angrier2: to :angry2 : (without space).
And changed :cry:'s code to :cry : (without space).

I'm not sure what to do about the :lookaroun smilie (it's code is cut off, should say : lookaround: (no space).)
