Alright Guys, anyone know how to sort this, i need to set something up for My Bluetooth for my Phone, but cant get any further.

This is what i click...

Network Connections-Set Up Advanced Connection-Connect Directly To Another Computer-Host

Thats as far as it will go, then well i click Host, it Freezes then the popup comes up saying...

"Incomeing Connections depend on the Routing and Remote access which was Unable to start"

Any help, maybe theres a setting i need to change or something.

Dan, your request is not clear...
it is sometime easier when you give some details, such as phone model, type
of bluetooth connection...
to start off, try google http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&q=index+setup+bluetooth+phone+to+pc

then go for tutorial http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/u/mraento/symbian/bt-ap.html

then try free program...window based http://www.softpedia.com/get/Mobile-Phone-Tools/Nokia/Nokia-PC-Suite.shtml

this set for overview http://www.filesaveas.com/series60pcconnect.html
http://www.benhui.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=866
also...website of your phone company, they usually have some Faq site.
i hope this has been some help.

Dan, I still do not know what you are trying to do.
we need to know a little more about it
you want to connect to something...

what are you using? what do you want to connect to?

example: operating system=xp home edition sp1 or windows98 or windows2000

and I want to connect to the internet by modem or cable or satellite.

or I have xp professional sp2 and I want to connect with 3 other pc's in my house.

go to help and support center: type in CONNECTIONS
click on about network connections
click on hardware requirements for network connections.
this will give you some ideas on what you need to have to get
connected to whatever you want to get connected to that you do not want
to tell in your question to this forum.

Dan, the III sub sect3 shows com10 port(yours may be different)
whatever the port # shows...write it down

when you go down 6 pictures...you reach new connection wizard
that device must be the same as III sub sect3

this is where the pc is going to look for incoming data for bluetooth
