I'm gonna quit my pub job.

Gonna give them to the end of May to find someone else.

you'll never be able to show your face there again though

Good on you! :01:
No more Bon Jovi nights, no more arse pinching, no more being called a goth by drunks... No more second income...

Lilmiss
04-18-2005, 04:14 PM
Why?

I knew the couple who run it before I got the job.
Just means I don't have to serve fecking eejits, fork out £8 on taxi's when my car doesn't work, and I will be healthier because I won't be running myself into the ground for a pitance of a taxed earning.

No, o second income, but I had a wage rise on the other job. :01:

So you're rich now?

Hardly punk, this. :flamehide

Lilmiss

Nope, I'm not rich at all. :crying:
But I should make enough to live on, and if I ever do give up the fags, I'll be laughing.

Besides, Summer is coming.
I want to be in the beer gardens, not behind a bar.

Let's all help Lilmiss give up the smoking! (Does this include hash or just cigarettes?)

Guillaume
04-18-2005, 07:10 PM
Just ciggys. She stated she could eat the other stuff or use a pipe. :smoke:

Good point, hash pipes and stronger anyway and they don't have any of that shit that's in tobacco.

But still expensive. Better to quit all.

but I had a wage rise on the other job. :01:

A woman was on subway train during rush hour... everyone was crushed together.

She suddenly turned to the smiling man next to her and asked if he could "stop pressing that thing into me"...

Among the glares of the other passengers the man protested innocence and exclaimed "it's just my wallet!!!!"

To which the woman replied "well you must work for a good company...you've had a rise 3 times between the last 4 stations"

Hey, hey, hey. :fear:
I'm in no position right now to be giving up the chugs, life is pretty stressful atm.

Jeez, talk about mob mentality.

You can try and prise them from my stone cold lips, if you wish.
Suppose it would make you happy to know I dropped one in my tea, huh?

I think it can be salvaged and put to better use though. :shifty:

Edit; to give someone a kickin'. :naughty:

What does it say along the bottom?

No, I haven't told her yet.
I did however ask her to make sure I got in me bus before locking the front doors up. I was a bit spooked out tonight.

Guillaume

Spooked out? Jack the ripper on the prowl?

Lilmiss
04-19-2005, 12:25 AM
And his dog.
I heard someone tapping on the window while I was clearing up.
Gave me the shivers, especially since nutbag was sending me msg's again tonight.

Probably just some eejit forgot his lighter, but still kinda scared me a lil. :blushing:

You know you'll never get rid of him unless you're completely honest... And tell him to fuck off and die.

Were you alone in the pub at that time? No fellow co-worker?

I always work alone apart from gig nights, although my boss is normally upstairs.

And I have told him, he just won't listen to me and keeps sending me really spooky texts. I tink I'm jinxed. :crying:

Tanks Mr Perry, I'm sure I will.
