Is there a way to update the tags automatically, without having to do them one by one? Like you just tell it to look up online for the info, and it just auto tags it.

Tag N Rename can use freedb which is very accurate and once you get used to the app it can do just about anything really...

Hmm, not working for me. I want it to add the track number and stuff, but not to the title, but the tag.

Click the freedb icon and it should autoget the info for the tag then...

I havent done much tagging lately nor update my Tag N Remane so Ive yet to try the Amazon thing yet which I guess was setup to replace the previous AMG setup which no longer worked after they updated the site which kinda sucked then...

yes it will, or should, especially seeing as it looks like there are tags,
just find the option for renaming from tag > filename
you should also be able to specify what info goes into the filename from the tags
i.e. track - artist - title (01 - AC/DC - Big Balls)
or, track - title (01 - Big Balls)

gonna have nightmares after seeing that

what a mess

how do you ever find anything?
a music setup like that would be bannage in slsk
heres how I set mine up (as do most of us in soulseek):

All of the music that I've downloaded (approx. 4,000 songs) is very organized and is listed very similar to the above pic. The music in the folder that I posted is music that I copied from a coffee shop/restaurant computer. I was doing some of their networking and had to bring their computer back to my house, so I just copied their music while I had it. :shifty:

I still use The Godfather for tagging. It was a little confusing at first, but works great. Nothing worse than a non-tagged album on an iPod. Screws everything up!

Sure does. Very easy to use, professional look and best of all, FREE. I've been using this app for around 3 years now, if not longer. Highly recommended.
