I usually use about 4-5 times more than it says to put in on the box.

Dunno' if that amounts to half a mug though :unsure:

Actually it says to put in about one (regular) spoon, of the stuff we have here, and I usually put 4-5 of those, but meh.

Edit: The Cadbury's box I looked at says 4-5 spoonfuls, teaspoons - I think.

Nah, I don't drink it often any more, and when I do it's usually morning and I'm usually fooking tired. Any sugar rush I get from that is prolly just enough to help me put my clothes on right and stumble towards the bus.
