I never even knew there was such a toolbar. I've been using photoshop for years.

The pic comes from Photoshop Elements. Its like a easy personal version of photoshop for the normal home user. It costs like 100.
i used to have it but i recently got CS2 but i saw there is no toolbar like this. It made saving and opening much quicker and more convinient than going to file.

Keyboard shortcuts > toolbars :)
Edit: No, that is not a menu path to adding a toolbar. Using toolbars is inefficient.
ctrl+o = open file
ctrl+n = new file
alt+ctrl+o = browse
ctrl+s = save
shift+ctrl+s = save as
alt+shift+ctrl+s = save for web
More shortcuts in Edit menu -> Keyboard shortcuts, or alt+shift+ctrl+k :D
Edit 2: Hit the Summarize button to export an html file of the keyboard shortcuts. Just found that feature... pretty nifty. :)

Wait, so you have never used a regular PS before? Only Elements? Maybe this toolbar is nonexistant in regular Photoshop? I have used versions 5, 6, 7, CS, and now CS2. There was never a toolbar in those versions. But I have used Elements before, and I know there is a toolbar there.
