Yo,

A friend of mine is having issues with Nero (Latest Ed.) on his Windows 2003 Server. He's tried everything and I've gone through everything I know about Nero with him, but I know jack about Windows 2003 Server's.

Basically, it's not allowing him to burn any CD/DVD's whatsoever. His drive works fine cause he was using XP before that.

He's tried using a tool called Nero BurnRights which didn't help.

Anyone here use 2003 Server & Nero? Your help on this matter would be much appreciated :)

yea it starts to but fails almost immediately. i thought it might be the media but he's tried allsorts so it's not that either :(

Damn, I was just gonna say try different cd's :ohmy: My friend had the same prob and we found out that the cd's were shite. :lookaroun

Yea that was the last thing I could think of as well, so he's tried that too :)

No joy though :(

It just seems that there is something on 2003 that is preventing him from burning CD's etc... oh and yes he does have admin rights, as he's the only user :cool2:
