I have seen people struggling burning this PS2 game... So if this the 1st game that can not be burned? Why is that? I have read something about dvd5 dvd9

I don't know if you can burn it, but if you have Hdloader you can load it to your HD.
I did about a week ago, so much faster than the cd.

It can run from a hard disk after applying the patch from here (http://www.ps2nfo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299). I applied the patch, copied the iso to a hard disk using HD Handiness, then boot using HD Loader. It works perfectly.

Actually I purchased this game. I paid full retail on the day it was released. It's a great racing sim and well worth the price. I ripped it to the HD to speed up load times.

I heard on another forum that if you have a DMS4 modchip, you can burn the game to a DVD9 and it works.
