I have a Lexmark X73. I canceled a print job when it was 3/4 of the way done. Now it is stuck there saying "Canceling". I cant print anything now cause of this crap. Their site doesnt say anything about it.

Anyone got a fix? TIA

Try unplugging the Printer..maybe it will reset itself.

You should also...I have a X4270, so you might have to look for your setting..
But click on Printers & Faxes....than click on your Printer Icon..it should bring up a Menu with pages waiting to be printed..
just Highlight the one you want, right click on it & choose Remove..that should get rid of it.

Are you using the latest drivers for this?

That happens to me every now and then, I just reboot and it goes away.

It also goes away with time. Just wait.

Unplugged and nothing happened. Had some programs running so i couldnt restart. I ended up restarting and it cleared it.

Damn this Lexmark problem.

I'm not so sure that it's a Lexmark problem. I have seen the same with other printers. More like a Microsoft problem.

I had this problem w/Lexmark. Not so far w/Epson.

It is a well known Lexmark driver problem.

Have a search around for other drivers. I had the same problem on a Z31, new drivers fixed it. I can't remember where they came from, probably driversguide (http://www.driverguide.com/).

I have this with my hp.

You turn off the printer to cancel (no other way to stop it), then u turn on it just prints random crap out...
but if i turn on printer, quickly off, then back on it stops and removes itself from the print quee (how the hell u spell that?).
