It was officially announced a few days ago, but for those who don’t know, season 2 will start on the 15th of July (Date given by the US SCI-FI channel).

And just to add confusion, they’re doing something stupid with it :ermm:

Season 2 will premiere in the US first in July BUT it will be likely split in two by US Sci-Fi who are expected to show the second half of S2 in January 2006. Sky One will show it towards the end of the year (no date yet, but probably from October) which will allow them to premiere the 2nd half of the season before it reappears in the US, thereby giving both channels an exclusive each.

Great  not too bothered who shows them first, as long as they end up on torrentspy, don’t fancy waiting halfway through a season though, sounds like Jeremiah all over again :ermm: I’m sure it won’t be that bad though.

Can’t wait to see how it pans out after the S1 final

Spoilerage if you’ve not seen S1

I think Adama’s been added to the cast list for S2, there’s noway he could have survived that, unless there’s some sort of really good futuristic space surgery techniques and so forth :ermm:

it's been awhile since i watched S1 but didn't he pass the Doc's test? if so then yeah it probably could have been faked, wouldn't exactly be hard. What’s important is that we get to see lots of hawt naked boomer bots again

:naughty:

S1 was uber hawt, i too watched them all back to back, months after the hype had gone and found it to be most excellent, one might even deem it fecking brilliant  Got high hopes for S2, can't really see them doing anything wrong by it :)

btw, does anyone else find it strange that something like 95% of the human survivors are American? bet they were in on it or had info before sh*t hit the fan, the swines :fist:

Huh?

They are mostly American actors. Apollo is actually played by a Britsh actor. He just does an American accent very good (as most do).

Other than that, the TV show takes place on another planet (well really in space but you get it) so there is no America.

ok then, there's a good 90something percent of people who have suspiciously Americanized accents, I wonder if there's a reason why other accents didn’t prevail as much over the years :ermm:

That has been addressed.......

American actors. American production maybe wanted it that way.

Why do most of the humans in Star Wars sound British (or whateverthefuck that is)? Did they nmigrate from the UK? :1eye:

Russian accents done by english dudes are teh funny.
English dudes doing scandinavian languages is hilarious.
The famous french accent in that M-Pyton joke (elderbellies) is cool too, imo.
Conan movies are teh giggles, go governor go.
:D

Languages are often funny. Good giggles comes from fukt-subtitles too.

On the other hand, dubbing the whole movie to other language is from arse.

;)
