I've been having more dreams.
In the most resent one I "wake up" and realise I'm in some kind of police office thing. You know, the place where criminals are kept before they are convicted and sent to jail. I'm confused as to where I am or why I am there.
The walls are all white and some lady (I think it was a female but I never saw their face, or I don't remember it) shows me to my room at the end of the corridor. My room is quite dark. It's white, too, but the darkness makes it seem kinda blue-ish. The room is rectangular; along the wall with the door in it there is a bunk bed. I'm the only person in the room. I curl up in the foetal possession and rock back and forth. I'm tired of being in the room so I go to the door to get out (I know I'll get into trouble for leaving the room). The door is not in fact a door but a combination of a curtain (I think it was anyway) and a cage door, neither have locks on them. Despite this I would still consider the atmosphere as that of being imprisoned and that my room is very much a cell.
I walk along the corridor and wait for the lady to notice me; I'm wearing a plain, long, white night/prison (?) gown thing. A possible reason I feel like I'm in a prison despite the lack of locks is that there is no door into the house/office thing, nor any windows.
"A-ha!" The lady seethes, pointing an accusing finger at me "they all leave their cell on the first day!"
"But-" I start calmly.
"Always on the first day!" She sneers again.
I'm led back to my room. She has a hold of my upper arm.
Through the night (which I don't think is going to turn into day anytime soon) I continue to go back and forth, still confused about where I am and why I'm there. When I'm in the corridor I feel like there are other prisoners in the non-descript room and cages, they may only partially be there or existent. Ghosts maybe? I get the feeling they're insane.
I see a window in my room; it's heavily locked with lots of different bars at different angles, all to make getting out as difficult as possible. I think, "If only they* weren't there I could smash the window open and escape."
*I seem to think there are more than one authority figure down the hall, I don't remember seeing anyone else but I feel it.
I smash the window anyway and get into a garden; it's mostly dead and the same longish rectangular shape as the house/office thing.

This was a very vivid dream.
