I hope that the rest of the album is better than the single that’s been released. That is one weak song.

When I hear Cochise for the first time I was blown away. That was a kick ass rocking song. When I heard Be Yourself for the first time I thought that it was just an ok song not a real strong ear catching song like Cochise was.

Be Yourself is just a real weak song and I hope its not an indication as to what the whole album’s going to sound like.

Not a bad album at all. People like to give Audioslave shit for how they came about, but I liked the last one. This album might make my top 5 of 2005.

Tired and unoriginal album. Chris Cornell's vocals are uncharacteristically monotonous. Rage against the machine offer no help with boring sleep inducing sounds. An occasional Morello solo sounds just about the same as every other one of his solos I've ever heard. The most aggravating part of this album are the cliched and corny lyrics.

As expected are the continual Cornell/soundgarden/audioslave references to the sun, graves, light, drowning although theres no mention of snakes! Cornell says everything he's said before...with less vigor. IT SEEMS THEY'VE ALL HAD THEIR TIME... AND AGE HAS WEARIED THEM ....

So you sign up to bash a decent album...how retarded and wasteful. IMO the album is alright. It's worth buying. The first two songs are my favorite. Your time has come and out of exile. You can even listen to the whole album at www.myspace.com/audioslave .
Judge for yourself. To all the rage fans, don't worry rage is back together I hear. Finally I agree, I wish their first single would have been as rockin' as cochise was.

I did sign up just to bash the album, because I bought it and listened to it 3 times and each it was revolting. It's not a decent album by Cornell standards, although his solo album did suck like a leech. Listen to every Soundgarden album then listen to every Rage album, then listen to the out of exile album again...
