Im in desperate need of help!

Ok so I did the dumbest thing I could ever do. I found this program called "Internet TV" its supposed to let you watch tv online. Well I had Adware watch, Norton firewall pro and Antivirus on so i figured im pretty safe right...well It installed nicelly but the bastards had hidden shit in it. I am now trying to figure out how to delete or make my problem go away...what is my problen you ask? well I found out that it has either spyware/adware or some malicious programs that are running...I uninstalled the program but now i have this program called X.EXE (X a random name) every time i kill the program using Windows Task manager it chages name. I've tried to kill it with adware, Norton doesnt even know it exist and im goin crazy...
