Proxy on a non-proxy application

I would like to use proxy on non proxy application

For example, I would like to play gunbound with a different IP address but gunbound does not support proxies. What program can I use to change the IP address?

If Gunbound doesn't support it...than you would have to use the Internet through a Proxy.......Socks 5 List (http://www.atomintersoft.com/products/alive-proxy/socks5-list)

haha, sockscap or sockschain should totally work, i do it to get on battle.net(starcraft) when i'm ipbanned.(client-wise)
