New PM Notification - New Popup Screen

Today i made a new hack for vbulletin to replace the old PM Notification popup:

with a much nicer, and more functional, popup like the one in IPB.

you can disable the popups in your UserCP :lol:


it doesnt work if I PM to myself :( and when we get a report msg.
