I'm looking for a game kind of age of empire or Civilizations for play on LAN or in a online Server...

which one you recommend me so far? Is it Civilizations III good?

Civilization 3, and the expansion are quite nice. But not good for online play, the game will take about nine times as long to play, which will equal about sixty hours of real time. :)
