As Pacman and that other game I forgot champion, I really don't feel I should have to deal with the hoi polloi. I only want to talk with the cool people.

And "yes", Vidcc and Jpaul, I will give you both guest passes so you can take a look around and have something to aspire to. Just be sure to have them prominently displayed at all times and don't get fresh with the waitresses.

We will have a theme for each day: Velvet robe day, cigar day, rambling drunk day or apostrophe abuse day (not sure yet), and definately a damn fine hat day, maybe 2.

I think Vidcc will really like the "lobby". ;)

I get a new highscore and lose it same day! I could just scream bloody murder. I found some strategy to the frogger game, but it's extremely hard to get over 850. I was greatful, but now I sh*t my pants looking at a score of 861. Almost got caught playing at work here because of my shout.

In a way I'm glad you beat my score because I was unsure what would happen after a 9999 score, I thought it might reset the score to zero given that the scoreboard on the game only has room for four digits.

Anyway, for anyone else who's wondering.. there's a "bug" in the space rescue game.

So long as you can get past the first level, on the second level, if you get killed with about 2 seconds left on the clock, the game will still continue to the third level, however you cannot die. This allows you to bash up the bad alien as much as you like, before collecting your 15 mates, which means all you have to do to get any score, is keep on the third level collecting points by bashing up the bad alien, then just coast your way through the fourth level to win the game.. :01:

I'm posting this so that the game is a level playing-field for everyone again.. Maybe it should actually be removed from the arcade, but I'll leave that to the Admin's discretion.. :)

Arkanoid is stupid - it's too fast and the pointer gets in the way and if the pointer moves out of the square the ship doesn't move and there are loads of bugs in it and you never get the laser arms and you have to get the ship exactly underneath the orb lest you lose a life and I can't get past level fucking two.

I knew it all along, the arcade sucks :dry:

1. Giving a score for hitting a blank wall based on the current score or speed or whatever is not clever.
2. Having 100% predictable bounces is also not clever. There needs to be some randomness...
