If you know the compression and resolution of a 3GP movie, just convert a movie to those values using a program like Adobe Premiere and see if it works on the phone.

Don't think there's any converters out there specifically for this yet... :unsure:

There are lots, ive seen them on newsgroups called like AVI TO 3GP Nokia Converter.

There's a piece of software called smartmovie, in case you want to use avi and mpg files in your cell. Otherwise I'm using Xilisofts 3gp video converter at the moment, although nokia has a player I've got installed that also converts, it's available for free on their website.

I suggest yasa video converter, It does a good work on converting 3gp movie to avi or mpeg.
