as far as I know it doesnt use the PRO version. (check the Quicktime Settings -> about Quicktime)

there is no "pro" version, you just need to register the basic version to turn it into "pro"

the "pro upgrade" enables a specific set of features in Quicktime (like export/convert to other formats) which are disabled in the basic QT install.

I know there are PRO versions in the Codec Pack :rolleyes: . I dont know if it's legal to create something like Quicktime Alternative.

i am well lost, i only want it so i convert my avi`s to 3gp`s.

well to upgrade basic QT to pro, you need to acquire a reg code and enter it in QT's config
then to convert:
load an .avi > select export > select G3 in the "save as" pull down menu and it will save it as filename.3gp

but where can i get the nokia one, i do a google search and it come up with the one i have and has sod all options unless you pay for it
