I hope no one has posted this already, but Yahoo's Video Search is by far the best one for finding videos on the net! http://video.search.yahoo.com/
You have that upper window with the video's direct download link when you want to download a video...just like an image search. This is the only one that actually finds good videos you can download at great speeds.
It'll find stuff from humor, extreme, or whatever your looking for *wink* *wink*.
