Azureus how to limit upload

as above how do i set my upload speed while i am downloading, i could do it on ABC but i am trying this out and can`t do it for the life of me.

right click on what you are downloading in azureus---> set upload speed.

right mine has not got that i`ve got 2.1.0.4

well 2.2.02 (not the latest) has that feature and works perfectly..
