Whats a good program from ripping pictures from a site?

I use Medusa for thumbnailed galleries online, downloads all the pictures really quickly.

i need to save 100s.im trying the one that guy said but it dont seem to work.It downloads then into the folder but when i click on them,it say "picture can not be shown" :huh: the pictures are imageshack links

Yeah that's it. I have Medusa 1.1 if you'd like, they came up with version 1.2 and now its a stupid 30 day trail. It's a really useful app.

Wow. :lol:

I know Medusa works with thumbnailed pictures that lead directly to .jpg files, I don't know about imageshack links. There might be something in the options to help you out, I'm not sure.

Iv been useing this for some time now.firefox tool:

but i think it only rips pictures with the site url example: www.website.com/picture.jpeg
maybe you can figure it out because im at a lost :frusty:

or with sites which have annoying hotlink like you say i use Nici
(read the read me file)simply drag&drop adress into nici- for difficult sites rightclik "download again 2 nd try" or "crawl download". Do not use autopilot.

except - right clik link - crawl downloadmore - unmark "donot follow links to other hosts"

I got a really good plug in for firefox if anyone wants it, its an image unlinker and you can save all the pics
