KCEasy_0.15rc1 is a windows front end for
the giFT filesharing system.

Plugins allow giFT to support different

I use Mldonkey (http://mldonkey.berlios.de/) for emule and bittorrent.
It can use most networks - "Overnet , Bittorrent , Gnutella (Bearshare, Limewire,etc), Gnutella2 (Shareaza), Fasttrack (Kazaa, Imesh, Grobster), Soulseek (beta), Direct-Connect (alpha), and Opennap (alpha). Networks can be enabled/disabled, searches are performed in parallel on all enabled networks, but each file is only downloaded from one network (wait for next release !), but from multiple clients concurrently."

It can run in the background and be controlled via commandline, telnet, GUI or browser.

Multiclients suck because they are slow, bulky, and usually dont "connect" to the network fully/properly.. That, and they cant download a single file from multiple networks.. It downloads files from multiple networks... ;)
