How Do You Make Animations

I haven't tried it myself yet, but I know Crack_Man uses it to make animated avatars.

If you're serious about making animations, it might be worth learning to use Macromedia Flash.

Tutorials come with the flash package under Help > Lessons

[COLOR=blue][SIZE=7]There are several that I know of. I know you can make Gif files on newest Photoshop 7.0 just jump into Image ready. You can use FlashMX or you can use Java (if you know it) . If you have a mac I believe gif builder works too. :ph34r:
