That's probably about as good as it gets for pci based cards.

You could waste your money on this:

but without AGP it is unlikely that the rest of your system will be good enough to fill the 256MB.

Without the rest of your specs it is impossible to say whether you will get lag, but you will need a relatively high end system, and that doesn't sound likely if you haven't got an AGP slot.

However, if your computer is old enough to not have an AGP slot, I hope you've replaced the PSU. Otherwise you're going to be having some random monitor shutting off problems.

I'm also wonder does Newegg.com shipped to Toronto, Canada ?

Ok I Thinking of getting:

The 9250 is only DirectX 8, which may not be enough for CS source.

It is enough. I play CSS with DX8 with my POS 5200.

It depends on how long before you do a major upgrade or how much you want to spend on older technology.

Maybe this: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1287037&CatId=319

DX8 may be enough for CSS, I wasn't sure.
But a 5200 is DX9 compatible.
