Changing 6feetunder video clip to avi format

I dl'd the latest episode of SFU and it won't play in wmp or videolan...probably cause its not in a playable format...I checked the properties and its a videoclip. I tried to rename it w/ an .avi or mpeg extension but that doesn't work. I'd hate this do be a waste of a download, so is there a way to play it?

What is the extension? is it .rar? :ermm:

no its not .rar, its just labelled as a videoclip....this is the dl'd title for it
six.feet.under.5x02.dancing.for.me.pdtv.xvid.loki.avi

can't figure out why it won't work. This happened to me on the last ep. so I had to dl another one that worked.

I use the [VTV] releases for SFU, works perfectly :)
