I've downloaded mangas (japanese comics) and other picture files which compressed to RAR files. Usually, if the pictures compressed in ZIP files, I can just open the files using picture viewer like in this case ACDSee to look pictures inside without extracting them. But with RAR files, most of the pictures (some of them could) cant be seen inside. Means I need to extract them first. Is there any suggestion to make the RAR files just like ZIP files?

Err.. other than decompress and compress it to ZIP files or course. :P

Use Cdisplay (http://www.geocities.com/davidayton/CDisplay) instead?

I prefer using ACDSee because of I can use mouse scroll and the third mouse button for some conveniences. Can it do?

Yes, you can configure the program quite easily.
There's a menu where you can choose what button does what and even use one button to execute several function, depending on the number of times you press it.
