View Full Version : would putting an ice-pack in my pc break it?

my PC keeps resetting in the heat. if i put an ice-pack in the case would i have to worry about condensation or anything? :huh:

Why not fix the problem rather than mask it with a temporary bandaid?
Take the cover off until you fix the problem. ;)
Maybe even put a fan blowing on it.

i'm guessing it would only be a few days a year. i suppose i could underclock but that's like a humiliating defeat :(

i think i just worked out what was wrong. i'm blaming ben for this; there was a modem covering the top fan :blushing:

Kill Ben.
Sell his body to a medical researcher and use the money to upgrade your HSF and case cooling.
And lose the modem.
