If the subtitle is hardcored you cant remove it.

The counter cant be removed.

If the counter is included in the letterbox black bars in the top and bottom, it is possible to crop them out.

DVDShrink gives you the option on all movies. What are you currently using to burn?

Both movies are avi, I havent converted them yet. I've been using VSO to convert and Nero to burn.
On Sith the counter is at the top. On the other movie the subs are at the bottom.
Does DVDShrink have away to remove counters or subs b4 I convert?

No...dvdshrink only allows you're to remove subtitles from a dvd if you ripping it.

EDIT: Spelling

If it's a DVD. Hippychick stated that they are avi files presumably downloaded. Sorry hippychick, I think you're stuck with them.
