thast bout it, but have the main power cable for your case plugged in when your doing the work, but NOT switched on,and when your putting the cards in, keep one hand on the metal case. this will give you an earth terminal, so you dont fry any components with static, or use a proper anti static cable if you got one, like the ones that go on your wrist.

You may need some ram as well lol..
extra fans..How about a floppy and cdrom drive ?

You might be better off installing the ram and cpu 1st, otherwise you will be in a tight spot trying to get the heatsink/fan on................

My process would be:
1 Remove case from box
2 put together cpu/heatsink/fan on mobo
3 install ram
4 install harddrive/cdrom/cdr drive in case
5 install motherboard in case
6 install video card in case
7 connect all cables, then power supply cable
8 bootup, install mobo drivers shutdown
9 install soundcard and whatever else devices you have along with drivers
10 tweak to your liking and enjoy

Everyone has their way, this is mine B)
