Hi guys, Just wanna know if there is an internet provider which provides broadband or higher but limiting the time of access and therefore making it cheaper to access the net i.e. access from 6pm to 6am? I live in the uk (london). I've seen them do this for dial-up but don't know if there is a provider which does the same for broadband or better.
