eMule Friend Thing

I wanna send a friend a file with my full upload speed and not have him wait on my 1000 ppl queue. he has a lowid. how do i make him my friend if he has a lowid (we're workin on the lowid thing now). i tried adding him normally, it said he wasnt online and i couldnt connect. wat can i do?

How big is the file ? I use yousendit for files up to 5 gb .
