my right index finger is killing me,been playing a lot of games,needing a lot of clicking,and am finding it very painful scrolling through the forum,any suggestions on a cure :(

PC or Guitar etc.

I used to get that pretty bad, but it got alot better once I got a mouse-mat with a wrist-support.
