xbox burning first timer

hi all ive downloaded moh asult on europe,which was a winrar achive ive ran winrar and its given me 1 file which looks like a winrar file,do i just burn that file or open it and burn cos it say unknow archive or damaged its ment to be a iso image this is my firt attempent at doing xbox games ive read the guide but im now stuck thanks for any help guys

make sure you burn at speed 2x anything higher will not record good

I'be burnt at 8X on games and they work fine, also 4X and 2X work for me.

ive tried 4x and i get jumpy fmv, so i stick to 2x
which dvd drive to you have and what media do you use?

Thompson drive, which is supposed to be the worse. I use Infiniti Samuria which are about £5 for 50, i think they stopped making them now are only do the 16X versions which are like £20 for 50 so i've moved over to different media but have about 50 spare Infiniti discs i just use for my Xbox.
