unwanted right click items

any ideas how to remove these from my right click menu ? (in windows, not i.e).

Do you mean the Open With left overs or just keys from programs..??

This is a good page to Bookmark, but I did notice when I went to SP2...some of these Options wern't listed anymore. I had to use Hijackthis to remove some entries.
