Links 2003 Help Plz

It says i have no courses installed when i go to the quick game menu.

So i cant play without this.
The practice mode works fine but i cant play for real so to speak.It looks a wicked game,would love to sort this small prob out.

So can anyone help us out,i'd appreciate it a lot.

C'mon ppl someone must be able to help ;)

Maybe somebody can help with this.I have just found a folder which i got with the d/load containing some courses but i dont know how to install them.

The courses have a .CRZ extension and some have .SHA
dont know how to burn/open/install these :unsure:

Anyone know?
