No, but by by removing the german audio from the ISO it happly fits onto a DVD5, it just won't have German Audio.

A 100mb Readme file would crash XP and poor little notepad so i doubt it was a readme file :lookaroun

Mine was a 86GB (I think might have been a few more) of the entire Friday The 13Th Series in DVDr.
