Has anyone downloaded it? If so have you gotten it working?? How exactly do you get the downloaded copy to activate???

Any one know how many times a good legal key can be used my dad just bought this program..But he hasn't installed it yet...I know he will share it with me but we have 5 computers between the 2 of us ???
