Can anyone register at PSPTorrents?

I can't seem to register at PSPTorrents. Every time I do, it gives a PHP error that SMTP server on localhost could not be found. Can someone tell the site owner so he can fix it?

Also, any other good sites with PSP torrents?

Getting a sign-up error here too. Maybe it will be fixed after a while.
