BT2Net has proved to be one of the best and fastest growing file exchange networks in the internet. Here's just a short extract with our MAIN FEATURES :

Billions of files avaliable for downloading
Easy to use and user friendly
Advanced search functions
Decentralized anonymous network
Autoresumable downloads
Ultra-fast (up to 1,5Mbit/sec)
Filter for corrupted files
NO SPYWARE

BT2Net Client helps users to find and reconstitute the small bits into large files. With unique mutli-stream technology the large files are downloaded a lot faster (up to 1,5Mbit/sec). If you share files in our network, you will be rewarded with increased download speed. Conversely, if you choose to "leech" and not share your files, you will be punished with slower download speeds.

The website is at http://bt2net.com/ and looks a tad fishy to me. First off the software that is linked is trail based which Im guessing means there will be a charge at some point. On the site its noted that there is pay content available. The app itself didnt show any spyware that I saw which was tested only with Ad-Ware although having to input an occupation during setup seems strange. It would seem that the closest thing to this is something like eXeem as it appears to be torrent based I guess...

The true nature of this shall be revealed soon enough.

k, that was fast.

It's 30 day trial allrite.

I did several searches, couldnt find the stuff. There not even pr0n! (k, few pics but wtf is that about?)
There was nothing for me to DL.

Interface is simple, one cant even see how the search is progressing ie.
when its done.
There's Music, Movies and Pics gategory, thats about it.

Its Trial and needs a Login. That is reason enough for me to NOT use it.
I will simply refuse to pay for an p2p app as long as there free ones available.

Maybe later, in a year or two when/if we get a Lite version I might
check it out again.

I just uninstalled it.

Thats what I thought when I read it.

It seems that the poster is probably making money from http://www.bt2money.com/, since it seems that the download link he posted has a referral thing. I might be wrong though.

Thanks for the spot on that as I hadnt noticed earlier and have now additionally removed the referral link.
Im guessing at this point the poster may vanish...

I think free apps are better than shareware.
Specially when it comes down to p2p.

The point in filesharing is to screw the A hole corporations,
for me anyways. :ermm:

How many 14 YO girls were sued in the last 24 hours by RIAA? The answer is one.

I could but then it would or may just appear again as it has now. I also dont think deleting topics like this serves any purpose. I think those that are members should be free to discuss apps like this that they think may be legit as long as its within reason and therefore others can point out how they feel about them also...

I agree with Reality, leaving this topic open serves as an educational tool. Perhaps people join up to these types of networks, not out of stupidity, but from not being informed. If leaving this topic open saves one person from falling into a scam, then I think it's worth it.
