Changing to get 640 key

Ok I had changed my serial to make my windows 640 before, but I just reformated and can't get it to work again.

I use SP2 Keygen and go to MS Pro VLR and type 640-500 and 640-600, and then try to apply the keygen using RockXP, but it will not work...

Any ideas, or what am I doing wrong..THANKS!

Sounds like your doing it right, are you useing the 2K3&XPKeygen.exe ?
