Animated Icons

Can you make animated icons to use on your desktop, instead of boring normal ones. If so where can you get them or what program makes them.

Well, I would imagine that if it were possible, it would eat up your systems resources, which would make most things on your PC work slow...

Does it really bother you having icons that don't move..? :lol:

That would look really bad.
Trust me, I've seen it done.
Ages ago on Windows 3.11, it would be a flashy mess.
You would see the icons all repeating there animation and it would be a synchronised mess
