BCP1 : C0000005That means "access violation". The way to fix it is to get code which isn't trying to access parts of your system which it isn't allowed to access, or make sure that it has access. If you don't know what this software is or does, stop running it.

If you do know what it is, then you probably need to be administrator in order for it to run properly. Its documentation should have told you this. You must have missed that part when you read it.

Sounds like a failed virus to me.

That being the case, it isn't a hardware problem so I'll move this to "software" where it will probably get better attention.

Examine the System and Application logs in Event Viewer, for recent errors
that might give further clues. Type EventVwr.msc from a run box.

Did you recently install any new hardware? Try removing it,and testing it on another machine.

Try updating drivers and a bios. (or try rolling back back the drivers...if you
recently updated drivers, and the problems started.)

A valid point. It's really difficult to decipher stop errors. Take my advice
and do a little detective work...and as always go through the basics of troubleshooting first.
