I thought I would post this link as a resource.
People quote "International Law". I take it they mean International Law as per the UN.
http://www.un.org/law/ seems to be a pretty definitive resource.
I didn't really put this up for discussion, just as something for people to look at and maybe see what it's all about. Obviously if anyone wishes to comment please do so.
I would venture that only those who recognize the authority of the U.N. would feel bound by any "laws" they make.
I do not know if it is taken to supersede laws made by individual states (with a mandate from their citizens) I shall endevour to establish this.
