I'm already signed up - and what I found there was....well.....one the most exciting programs I've seen in a long time. Of course, I am a music lover and collector - why else would I even be here (in MusicWorld).

On a side note.....Please, if you the reader are serious about your music, and want your collection to grow up to ten fold in the first week, go HERE AND READ THIS (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/bb/index.php?act=ST&f=18&t=20333), you will not be dissapointed.

Thanks to MusicWorld for showing me the way to both OrangeCD (http://www.firetongue.com/) and SoulSeek (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/bb/index.php?act=ST&f=18&t=20333). :)

What forum is this? I thought is was Musicworld.........but nobody here seems to be into music.

What a shame, people! :(

Stop being so reluctant, and show some support! At least reply to this thread saying you have looked into OrangeCD and let us know what you think.....otherwise, we will have to assume you don't care about music at all.

Thanks,

ToddM

Mr. Music, the link to the the petition has me a lttle confused. By petition do you mean "Topic: Suggestions By The People" ? Because that's where I end up.

Very interesting tho, gonna have to spend some time there.

Thanks for the tip. omc

;) First of all we are not spaming.

You do not have to register there to post.I said that at the begiining of this thread.

OrangeCD Record Catalog is a music collection manager. You can organize album covers, song lyrics, web links and recording credits in a uniform and convenient way.The software has an explorer-like user interface and is easy to use.You can browse your collection by artists, genres and producers, and perform a full-text search. It also features an HTML export, making your collection ready for publication on the web.

And alot more features you will find out about once you try it.

If you know of a better Album organizer please let us know.We have not found one. This is basically for the people who join us in SoulSeek everyday to share thousands of albums with each other. And for anybody who wants to keep track of their collection.

You will be helping out the community by just showing support.TY for listening. :)

OK, I signed up, signed the petition and installed OrangeCD.

But what's the catch. As far as I can tell you need the original cd's to create your database. Or do you really expect us to enter all our mp3albums by hand? <_<

:) When I first made this post it was to get the guy that made the program to listen to people and help the few of us out that was useing it and it seems it has worked.Look what he has added to the program since this thread went up.

So I thank all who posted there and I encourage you to try this program out.

I told everybody about Put Up Your Jukes for a reason.....just like I am spreading the word on this.I told Everybbody about SoulSeek for a reason....and it turned out great also.

Does it cost Money? All I have to say is show some support.

Check out UKMans album site ( UKMans music collection (http://w1.542.telia.com/~u54207239/orange/index.html))and see what he has done with this program so far for showing off his collection on line(damn bastard :P :P :P ) and you will see it is alot more then just a way to organize Music.

We want to turn this into a all in one application for Music and if you are as serious as we are about our collections you will join us.

TY and hope to see you around on SoulSeek sometime soon. :)
