Firefox 1.0.6 is a stability update. We recommend that users upgrade to this latest version.

Here's what's new in Firefox 1.0.6:

* Restore API compatibility for extensions and web applications that did not work in Firefox 1.0.5.

Thanks. I didn't suspect they'd release a new one so soon. :01:

Is it me or does it load faster?

I was waiting for the auto update in FF to kick in but it hasn't yet. I'll just download it manually then.

Just for information:

There was a build problem with 1.0.5 (I don't know what so don't bother asking) which is why 1.0.6 has followed so soon.

1.05 broke alot of Extentions..like Adblock & RIP.....but not for everybody.
Thats why 1.06 cameout so fast.

is it necessary to do a clean upgrade (delete 1.04) be fore installing 1.06 or can I just upgrade by installing over 1.04?
